Last updated September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gladius collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit gladius.so, interact with our scheduling tools, or contact us about our services.
Scope and who we are
Gladius operates gladius.so and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Gladius operates from Encinitas, California, United States. This policy applies to this website and Gladius business communications. Calendly and other third-party services also process information under their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
- Information you provide when scheduling or contacting us, such as your name, email address, company information, time zone, meeting details, and any message or answers you choose to submit.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate country, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions with calls to action.
- Communications and business records created when you correspond with us or discuss a possible engagement.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not submit confidential client data, account credentials, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information through the booking form.
How we use information
We use personal information to schedule and conduct calls, respond to inquiries, assess whether our services may be a fit, operate and secure the website, understand site performance, prevent misuse, maintain business records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use website visitor information to train public artificial intelligence models.
Marketing communications
We do not use scheduling or inquiry information to send marketing emails. We may send messages needed to arrange, confirm, conduct, or follow up on a call, or to respond to a request you make.
Legal bases for processing
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction require a legal basis, we rely on your consent where requested, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and responding to business inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to you. Our current website providers include Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused web analytics, Calendly for scheduling, and Fontshare for delivery of the Satoshi web font. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Calendly processes scheduling information on our behalf and may act as an independent controller for certain cookie and service data. Calendly may collect information directly through its embedded scheduling service. Review the Calendly Privacy Notice before submitting information.
Analytics and event data
When the site is publicly released, we may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and a limited set of predefined actions, such as a strategy-call button click or a completed booking event. Gladius does not send names, email addresses, free-form text, or Calendly message payloads in these analytics events. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product is cookie-free and does not track visitors across websites.
Cookies and similar technologies
Gladius does not use advertising cookies on this website. Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies within its scheduling service and provides regional cookie controls. Fontshare receives a network request when the Satoshi font is delivered. See our Cookie Notice for more detail and available choices.
Retention
We retain inquiry, scheduling, and related business records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate or provide services, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs and analytics are retained according to our providers' settings and contractual terms. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we and our providers use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards for international transfers. You may contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; appeal a decision; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, or delete covered personal information and to receive equal service when exercising a right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer a sale or sharing opt-out.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us at contact@gladius.so. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
Children
This B2B website and our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version and update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
